Yes.
I do play in the US.
I used to earn my living playing until a not so good accident involving me on a bicycle and a very large big Buick. Now my playing is about 20% of my income and I do teach private lessons.

Nuts? Yes, some would say that. But man, doubletonguing speaks so well without a rim.
