That sounds very much like a double buzz/octaves/telephoning. It has nothing to do with how well your mp fits in the horn. It is a reaction from your chops to a new mp. They are now tired because of the different muscle your using and this causes a sort of interference in the sound. You simply have to play through it until your chops adjust and build up. Not overdoing might help too but don't worry too much. The choir in the Sea symphony didn't seem to mind mine last night !
