No "I" am not compromised, but this what I did.
I did put the whiskey in the horn and rolled it around. I used Laphroig (sp?) (prior to all of this I did clean the horn really well). After rolling it around I dumped the left over into a bowl. There was no immediate change in sound. I then poured myself a small bit of the whiskey in a clean whiskey glass and drank that while watching TV with my wife. I played the horn again and not too much difference. I then mixed the recovered whiskey (in the bowl) with a little fresh whiskey. This time I do believe there was a change in the sound, a much nicer full sound and I do believe my note accuracy was better.So I think it works.
