I was referring to King George III, who was the King [of something] when the American Revolution took place. Check this site http://www.americanrevolution.com/KingGeorge3rd.htm Seriously, is it improper to refer to the monarch of the British Empire as the "King or Queen of England????" [I hope I used the correct number of question marks] The post prior to my first in this string indicates otherwise.
