Was it Tuckers on the Zelenka recordings? And who played 2nd? Amazing playing. I might not be BT's no.1 fan, but his playing on these records is simply stunning.

I've heard he had Paxmans build him a horn just for the recordings, a Bb/Bb soprano double? I also heard that halfway through the recordings he couldn't believe that the music was playable and nearly gave up playing the horn.

Any of the above true?
