On behalf of a friend, I'm looking for a nickel PHC 23 cup with E-taper. If you have one you no longer use and which you wish to dispose of, please contact me.

Since posting the above, said friend has corrected me - it's a 22 we're after, not a 23.

I have a gut feeling that a 'nickel-silver' PHC 23E has never ever existed.
Nickel silver was phased out some time ago because of mindless, stupid EU law ( my doctor told me that to show any signs of nickel poisoning you would have to EAT several dozen PHC nickel mouthpiece cups :lol: ).
The only alloys currently available seem to be
Silver plated brass
Gold plated brass
Stainless steel
Bronze

I'm sure GH is correct. I wasn't concentrating too well when I made my post last last night/early this morning - said friend isn't actually specifying nickel; it's the ordinary plated brass version we're after, as cheaper than the stainless steel or bronze alternatives.

Just looked at the HornMart eBay site and they have a PHC 22 E Taper cup in stainless steel. Expensive but v good. Have a look.
